At BlueSquare everything is done with the customer in mind, from the technical specification of our data centres to the friendly, customer-focused service we offer. BlueSquare is a dynamic, reactive company where decisions are made quickly, enabling us to respond to changes in the market and to tailor our offering in order to fulfil customers’ specific requirements. Customers are always able to speak to a person; there are no call centres or automated telephone systems to contend with.
BlueSquare understand how critical it is for your equipment to be on-line and accessible 24x7. Our onsite engineers are trained in our dedicated training facility, ensuring a high level of specialist technical knowledge. Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) is open 24x7x365 so you are able to access the data centre and our in-house engineers at any time.
BlueSquare data centres have been built from the ground up with only two aims in mind: over engineering and robustness. We believe that solid investment in the best infrastructure and people will allow us and our customer’s continuous growth.
BlueSquare is one of the few carrier-neutral facilities in the South East of England outside of the M25. BlueSquare is backed financially by a solid private investment team with strong expertise in commercial property and technical know-how. |
